Old stories and ...

HI,
First time into blogging..the first thing that comes to me is the world around me has gone through a sea change since my school days...there did not exist an Email ID...forget blogging...
In that world existed in the households those black Telephones[dates to second world war] ...most of us had those big fat television sets[irrespective of their colour :)]...not a single CCD or Barista inthe city or the likes of them.Each locality had their own informal CCDs which would start at 8PM after folks came back from work...and how can I forget Power-cuts ...which made candlelight dinners frequent for us...And my old house[not a dilapidated one though] had one wonderfull roof..how I used to ponder over the galaxies and Stars wishing dearly for atleast single sight of a satellite...those days to me were more fulfilling and satisfying...In retrospect,those days have been building blocks of what my prefernces are in life and I here I am drooling the same old story before you guys...
